Senior .NET engineer and technical lead. 20+ years delivering production systems across Azure cloud platforms, .NET MAUI mobile, and regulated healthcare environments.
I'm a senior software engineer and technical lead specialising in cloud-backed mobile and web solutions on Microsoft Azure. Over more than two decades I've delivered production systems for organisations including Microsoft UK, the BBC, Bauer Media, Reed Exhibitions, and Cegedim Healthcare Solutions.
Most recently I led the technical design and build of a remote patient monitoring platform regulated as a Class I medical device, deployed across six NHS hospitals and supporting NIHR-funded clinical trials.
I take end-to-end responsibility — from backend architecture and API design through to mobile clients and the CI/CD pipelines that keep everything running in production.

Not because monkeysoft.com was taken. The name came from an alien character created by one of my children: "Munkii Yebee".
The spelling discussion lasted an unreasonably long time for grown adults, but it became the name behind the company.
